If god is so all mighty can he creat a rock that he cant pick up?

The problem with your question is that you're asking God to do the logically impossible. It's the same as asking can God make a square circle? or Can God make a man that is taller than himself? These are all logical impossibilities. Can you even imagine what a square circle looks like? The argument here would be a square circle doesn't exist and can't exist so to ask God to create a square circle would be to ask God to do nothing.
