Would you ask someone out if you barely know them?

Thats a tough situation and it may seem to be a little weird, but you dont ever want to have any regrets! So I would do it! I mean what can it hurt? He prolly see's alot of people on a day to day basis, and this sorta thing has to of happened before! But who knows maybe you caught his eye too, and he's thinking about you waiting for you to call!
