Will they take the Noble Peace Prize from Obama now that he is killing innocent civilians again in Libya?

You would think after he slaughtered all the civilians in Afghanistan and Iraq the NPP would be taken from him. I don't think he has even apologized to any of these countries properly for his killing of innocent women and babies
