Twin cuzions would they look the same?

okk my 2 best friends are identical twins cody and cameron.. and ive allways wondered wut would happen if cody met a girl jessica and they had on january 1st and cameron met a girl janice.. cameron and janice have on jauary 1st and it turns out jessica and janice are identical twins.. and 9 months later on septemeber 1st cody and jessica have there son and at that same time cameron and janice have there son.. do the 2 cuzions look the same????????????
