No you cannot be charged for work which was not commissioned by the bill payer.Let them go to who they wish you wil not be liable for anything other than was agreed in the initial contract and these charges for this are only to be paid if the work was completed to a satisfactory level. So let the account collections come and you tell them "I will see you in court"
