Does anyone know of a good pain management physician in the Shreveport/Bossier City area, that takes medicare?

I have been in pain management for 10 years the last 9 with the same doctor...however I have moved to the shreveport area and am currently seeing a physician but have been informed he will not accept my medicare when it starts next month...I would like a physician that works with both procedures in pain management like ablations and epidurals, as well as narcotic pain control...Do you have any reputable doctors that you have used??and a little bit about them??
