Which is a good fantasy DEF to pick up?

Well, I would personally just stick it out with Arizona. The Jets don't have that great of an offense, even with Brett Favre on the squad. However, if you are a little leary of starting them, I would go ahead and pick up Denvers defense. They have struggled to start, but they have some fantastic defenders, Champ Bailey, Dre Bly, DJ Williams, and Boss Bailey. Plus, they are playing one of the worst offenses in the league in KC. So just go with your gut feeling, but I would pick either the Cards or the Broncos. Good Luck!
