What's this tiny, firm, blister-like bump on my finger?

I have seen commercials for things you buy at the store that freeze those off.,. I occasionally find itty bity ones on my hands, but they go away, so I leave them alone. But if they grow and get discolored, go see the doctor to make sure its nothing like skin cancer or anything dangerous. Most likely it is a wart.. harless but if it bothers you, a dermatologist can freeze it off or you can buy over the counter remedies at any drugstore or walmart.
