Tom Brady, overrated?

Lets see here, he never carried his team to a legitimate Super Bowl. Adam Venturi pulled out some big kicks. He also has had many weapons surrounding him like De ion Branch, Randy Moss, Wes Walker. All im asking is, Would Tom Brady be so successful if he had been drafted to the Raiders, Lions or any other terrible team?
