Obama blames Bush but is he the cause of mortgage meltdown>?

There are many fathers of this current financial crisis. I don't think Obama was one of them, but he didn't do anything to prevent it either, except I think as a US Senator, he wrote a letter once, instead of writing legislation to prevent it.
