I had the weirdest dream about saving my drownin ex last night?

well idk what it means but i was kinda near my house in my dream and i was with my sister who is a life guard, her bf, and my ex.. and my ex just fell to the bottom and dissapeared for a minute so i went underwater to see if he was okay and he was on the floor laying there and wasnt moving so obviously my first reaction was to tell my sister he wasnt coming up but she ignored me and didnt care .. so i had to save him myself .. (my sister doesnt really like my ex anyway so i figured her ignoring me was something subconscious like i know my sister wouldnt help me and him) so i went to the floor and saved him.. and he lived. Thats when i woke up, and then i fell back asleep again and he has a new gf now.. so i had this dream that me him and her were all in the same truck together and she was sitting between me and him and my mom was in the bed of the truck.. and so for some reason i flipped out on his new gf and started punching her and she climbed out of the back of the truck and jumped off the hatch into the highway and he didnt even slow down or try to save her he just kept driving and i seen her behind us flattened by a jeep.. (and i thought it was weird my best guy friend owns a jeep) another thing is i turned around and told my mom everything was going to be okay and to just relax. But my ex wouldnt stop driving and i got scared and woke up. Me and my ex always used to fight and he cheated on me and that girl is the reason he left me but he still tells me all the time he likes me but ive decided i put up with this for far too long and just stopped talking to him in general. so idk what all of these dreams mean im still tryin to piece it all together.
