Antivirus action removal?

okk soo for some reason my internet stopped working and this icon "Antivirus action" was on my task bar and it kept sayin my computer is infected and i knew it was not real. But, when i started my internet, it said that website is infected and everytime i would click on anything it would take me to The Antivirus Action website where it had all these software that you can buy and i bought one coz i thought that was the only way and now they have my card # and everything and i dont know how to fix all this problem. Please help!! asap...i dont know how to get my money back and my card #. please help me guyz!
